How To Choose The Best
Swimwear
It is hard to define the best
swimwear. It depends on your personal choice whether you like one piece or two
piece swimsuits, sexy bikini or exotic swimwear, swim dresses or skirtinis.
There is even more – colours, shape, brands, details, patterns and sizes to
choose from.
As I mentioned sizes, your swimwear size is the first most important thing you
should know before looking for a new swimwear. If you don’t know your size, it
is very easy to take your measurements and find your correct swimwear size.
To measure your bust or torso, you should lower your arms let them hang
naturally before check the tape measure.
Bust - lift your arms and measure around the fullest part of your bust.
Torso - holding one end of the tape measure at top of your right shoulder, wrap
it down across your body, between your legs, and up across your back to the
right shoulder again.
To measure your waist or hips take a deep breath and let it out slowly before
check the tape measure.
Waist - wrap the tape measure around that part of your waist where you fold when
you bend over.
Hips - stand with your feet together and wrap the tape measure around the
fullest part of your hips.
Now when you know your measurements and looking at the size charts you happen to
be between two measurements, just take the larger size – you will have more
comfort and support that way.
When you choose a new swimwear, the first rule to consider is - are the color
and the shape matching to your figure. To be sure of that you need to follow a
few simple rules:
1. If you have small bust – pick a suit with colorful pattern or playful printed
bikini top.
2. If you think you can’t find a beautiful swim wear because of your large bust,
just pick a solid colored one with square or round high neck.
3. If you have big hips – pick a high cut leg swimsuit.
4. If you think you are short – choose one piece swimwear with colorful print or
vertical stripes.
5. If you have wide shoulders you can try a two piece swimsuit with light
colored top and dark bottom.
6. If you want to hide your bottom - consider wearing skirt or shorts, but if
you wanna hide your belly as well, then – think of a swimdress instead.
7. One piece swimwear with full tummy control is great if you wanna hide your
belly and sexy bikini or exotic swimwear is great if you wanna show your great
body at the beach.

Plus Size Swimwear - Look
Slimmer When You Wear It.
When you wear the right size plus
size swimwear, you can actually look slimmer than you are. With plus size
swimwear, ladies who are a little overweight can look their best and still enjoy
the hot summer weather. Wearing swimwear that is too small shows out the bulges
much more and makes them seem even bigger than they are. Plus size swimwear does
not mean old-fashioned styles because plus size swimwear is available in all the
latest fashions.
It is often hard to find plus size swimwear when you visit a regular department
store. All you can find on the racks are the tiny bikinis that probably wouldn’t
fit around your leg. You start to wonder whether you are the only one that has
this problem with the lack of plus size swimwear that is available.
There are specialty stores that do carry plus size swimwear lines for women.
Because this is often a special line that the store carries each year, it is
very hard to find something unique. Most of the time, the swim wear is all the
same color and style. And plus size swimwear may also be very expensive and this
doesn’t fit in your budget. A lot of women want to find cheap plus size swimwear
because they are buying it for a holiday and probably won’t wear it that often
when they return home. You wear plus size swimwear on holidays, bring it home
with you.
One place where you will easily be able to find cheap plus size swimwear is at
the online retailers. These retailers do not carry an inventory and most of them
do not have a bricks and mortar store. When you place an order for plus size
swimwear, you can get it cheap because the retailer doesn’t need to have as much
mark up to make a profit. One advantage of ordering your plus size swimwear
online is the wide variety you have to choose from.
Online stores have plus sizes in swimwear from designers that would cost you a
fortune at a regular store. This is one way you can have the latest fashions in
the swim wear you choose and the prices are often so cheap, you might decide to
buy two or more swimwear items. Finding plus size swimwear doesn’t have to be
frustrating – do it at your own pace and time by shopping online.
Plus size swimwear is good looking, fits you and is cheaper online.

Five Tips For Choosing The
Best Swimwear In Plus Size
As the temperatures rise, you
may begin to think of beaches, swimming pools, and the dreaded trip to the
department store to pick out swimwear in plus size. More than ever, there
are a multitude of different styles, colours, and fabrics that are available
to full figured women. So, how do you begin your search for the right
swimwear in plus size for you? Follow these five tips the next time you hit
the mall in search of the right bikini, tankini, or one-piece.
Pay For Quality
Let's face it. Swimwear in plus size can be expensive. A good quality suit
can set you back $60 to $100. Yes, you can still find cheap swimwear for
less than $40, but an inexpensive suit might not fit as well or be as
durable. If you will be wearing a bathing suit more than three or four
times, invest in one that fits well and is made to last.
Select A Style
Not too long ago, plus size women were limited to less than flattering
maillots with matronly attached skirts. This was not a pretty look. These
days, you can choose from sexy bikinis, flattering tankinis, sporty
one-piece suits, boy shorts, and board shorts. Consider what you will be
doing in your bathing suit. If you will be doing lots of swimming, you may
want to choose a one piece with ample support and coverage. If sunbathing is
more your speed, try the cute bikini.
Choose Your Coverage
Every woman has something about her body that she doesn't especially like.
So, don't worry. Look for a style that plays up your best features and
camouflages the less than perfect. If you are fair skinned, you may also
want to look for additional coverage from the sun.
Consider Shopping Online
If you detest the fluorescent lights in the department store dressing rooms
and the pesky saleswomen who are not especially helpful, you may want to
shop for swimwear from the privacy of your own home. There are numerous
online swimwear retailers that carry a wide range of styles and sizes. Most
online stores have great customer service, but make sure you understand the
return policy before you buy.
You Are Your Worst Critic
Give yourself a break when trying on swimwear. Not every suit is going to
look perfect or even fit. Remember to find a suit that makes you feel
comfortable. The last thing you want to be doing on the beach is tugging on
your bottoms or sucking in your tummy. Go ahead and strut your stuff with
confidence, and everyone else will think that you look great.

What Do Women Look For In A Swimwear? by
Jim Brown
Visit any swimwear shop for that matter and you will find a myriad of choices to select from one piece suits, to two piece bikinis, tankinis and even thong swimwear. Irregardless of the fact that some women live far away from the beach, you will definitely find a pair of swimwear suits that have been hiding in the closet in case any beach getaway will come up. Women nowadays are getting more and more meticulous when it comes to their beach wear. Everybody wants to look their sexy best to catch the attention of onlookers and cute guys. Still there are other concerns like ultraviolet protection as well as top quality which are expected considering the high cost of some of these suits.
I suppose the requirement that tops the list for most women would be how the suit would flatter their body type. They would go for bikinis or swimwear that would enhance their figure to attract attention and get men’s jaws to drop as they pass by. They want them to be in the style and design that makes them looks sexy as well as feel sexy.
Other considerations would include the color and print design. Usually they would prefer vibrant colors or shades that would go well with their complexion. While others would want them in plain or solid colors there are those who enjoy floral prints or other printed design to give their swimwear a unique look.
Aside from the design and the color, they would also consider the type of fabric or textile used. They would prefer those that are soft on their skin and bodies but offer support especially in the bosom area. Types that do not easily stretch or sag would be preferred as well. Suits that quickly dry - are also a popular choice as well as those in a material that do not easily fade as caused by the chlorine from the pool or the salt from the ocean.
Another important consideration of women is if they could mix and match the bikini with the existing ones they have. As most women wouldn’t want to be seen in the same bikini over and over again, they prefer to be able to mix and match them with other swimwear to create a variety of outfits which can save them money.
I guess what’s most important is you feel great in your swimwear and you create your own fashion statement.
